Dr. Tiffany Marr, VMD, Kim Davies and
Clemson Grad, Kate Wilson join the HPEC team...
It's an exciting moment for CEO and President, Jeff Gorsak
at High Pointe Equine Center in Hunterdon County New Jersey.
Rest assure, the staff at HPEC is fully capable of taking
on the most challanging equine cases and more than willing
to go the extra mile with a staff that is educated and talented
enough with a passion for the industry, the sport and most
importantly, the horse.
Gorsak has placed Dr. Tiffany Marr, VMD in command at the
facility Veterinarian position. Dr. Marr is a graduate of
the Atlantic Veterinary College of Prince Edward Island in
Canada. She completed her internship at Mid-Atlantic Equine
Center where she was able to concentrate on cases involving
lameness, surgery, ultrasound, radiography and shock wave
therapy. Dr. Marr's involvement with 24 hour emergency services,
equine medicine, equine surgery and ambulatory services have
molded Dr. Marr into the highly talented and motivated veterinarian
she is today.
Dr. Marr will be assisted by Ms. Kate Wilson, a native of
Northern New Jersey and a graduate of Clemson University's
Pre-Veterinary program. Wilson is keen on equine reproduction.
Before joining the HPEC team Wilson worked with a well-known
leader in Quarter Horses, the Four Sixes where she delivered
over 200 foals in the town of Guthrie, Texas. The Four Sixes
are known far and wide with sires like Joe Hancock, Hollywood
Gold and Grey Badger II. The ranch is just as well known for
its horses bred for speed and Wilson has been exposed to an
understanding of what it takes to create such a reputation
in the quality of work with clients and their horses.
Last but certainly not least on the list is Ms. Kim Davies,
born and raised in California, Davies has spent her entire
life around horses. Growing up, she, along with her sister,
took full care of the family's small stable and horses. As
a young rider and graduate HA from the United States Pony
Club, she competed in the hunter/jumper circuit, many dressage
shows, and through Preliminary level eventing. She enjoys
working with young horses and training basics. Kim is currently
training with Dr. Cesar Parra and pursuing upper level dressage
competition. |
